Allegedly, John Francis Toal is an Australian/Northern Irish man who, over the last 5 years that we know, has influenced people (particularly women) by gaining their trust, persuading them to believe that their lives are in danger, whereby he offers protection. He rarely uses his own name on purchases and bank details - instead using other people to register the businesses he operates. 

We know of some of victims in Australia. We are looking for more people and information to make a solid case against John Francis Toal to present to the Australian Police.
